This Privacy Policy explains what information Voodi collects, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use our dashboard, storefront, and related services.

Account information (name, email, and, if provided, phone number) when you sign up; store and menu content you add; and usage data such as pages viewed and menu scans, collected to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use it
To operate your account and stores, process payments, respond to support requests, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We don't sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service, including a database and authentication provider, a payment processor for paid plans, and a hosting/CDN provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their part of the Service.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and lightweight analytics to understand how the Service is used. We use a bot protection challenge on certain public forms to reduce spam and abuse.
